Apple has officially introduced its iPhone 16 lineup during the ‘It’s Glowtime’ event, showcasing a total of four new models: the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
In line with the tech giant’s annual updates, the latest iPhones are designed with an emphasis on generative artificial intelligence, reflecting Apple’s effort to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Pricing for the iPhone 16 series is expected to remain consistent with previous years, with the base model starting around ($799) for the 128GB version, and the larger storage variant potentially priced at ($899).
One of the notable changes in the iPhone 16 is its redesigned camera system, which now features a vertical arrangement compared to last year’s diagonal layout. This new design is aimed at enhancing the phone’s ability to capture spatial video.
For the Pro and Pro Max versions, users can anticipate substantial upgrades across several areas, including the rear camera system, overall design, chipset performance, artificial intelligence features, battery longevity, and screen dimensions. These enhancements might also result in a higher price point for these premium models.
